We are not a traditional agency, we developed a modular cloud management platform. We provide PaaS (Platform as a Service) instead of manpower. We believe only this way can really help brands adapt to the path of data driven and AI.

Although, we understand most local broad fashion brands only have the experience of working with agencies, and not familiar with using SaaS/PaaS to absorb these work internally. At the current stage, we will provide some level of lightweight manpower to help clients transit, and will work with other agencies to offer a more traditional service. We encourage brands to DIY, or authorize your agency to use us and provide you with an observer account.

The platform will push notifications mostly through each product's Wechat Official Account, please follow the accounts of the products you're using:

  • Celebrity PR and Event RSVP products will mainly notify you through Wechat Official Account 'goheadline';
  • KOL marketing product will mainly notify you through Wechat Official Account 'gosocial_official';
  • Buyer wholesale product will mainly notify you through Wechat Official Account 'gooms_'.

Some notifications will also be sent through Wechat MiniProgram, SMS and Emails. User can change the way they receive notifications at the dashboard.

Celebrity PR

We are not a PR agency by traditional definition. Our PR platform GOHEADLINE PR provides Platform as a Service (PaaS), you can regard it as 'Taobao' in PR, the two ends of the platform are brands and media (including stylists and celebrity managers). Our clients are brands and PR agencies.

Like 'Taobao', brands can DIY operate their daily PR business (including sample management, news draft, exposure monitoring, logistic fee tracking, event publish, media relationship management etc.). Brands can also authorize PR agencies to operate for them on the GOHEADLINE PR platform.

The platform provides added value services in the form or resource packs, helping brands who want to secure results but cannot DIY and don't have enough budget. However, the platform does not provide labor intensive services. If brands need a more traditional PR agency type of service, we can help matching suitable PR agencies to operate on behalf of the brand on the GOHEADLINE PR platform, and providing the brand with observer accounts to digitalize their management style.

There are two service modes for the Celebrity PR platform:

  1. Subscription mode: Under this mode, it mostly rely on organic traffic, media will pro-actively place requests, and the platform will charge based on the number of requests. No KPI is guaranteed, suitable for brands with internal PR personnel or some level of PR track record.
  2. Resource pack mode: This mode is based on the subscription mode, brands can buy KPI guaranteed resource packs. The platform provides KPI guarantee through added value service, suitable for brands with no internal PR personnel or PR track record.

Yes, we do not monetize on resource monopoly. Brand and media can freely exchange contacts on the platform, but to avoid harassment, the number of exchanges outside of actual requests will have a monthly limit.

Of course you can, but frequent refusal of media will impact your approval rate displayed on the platform, this may lower media's willingness to request more.

If needed, you can turn on the blacklist feature at the dashboard. Requests from blacklisted media will be ignored in a subtle way so that they don't know they are blacklisted.

Brands must be clear, samples used in PR will occur wear and tear naturally, please avoid to use store products. Brands must also understand, the support for media is voluntary, media and the platform do not have any economic ties, and the organic sample loans between media and brands do not incur any economic transactions, so the methods the platform help to resolve damages and losses are very hard to be standardized.

Under subscription mode, the compensation plan is to be communicated between the media and the brand themselves. Under resource pack mode, the platform will intervene the conversation, however the platform does not bear any responsibility for sample damages and losses.

Yes, we cooperate with courier companies who specialize in PR sample loaning, we can take care of your physical samples. Depending on the quantity and the value, this service will incur additional cost.

Through our sample room service, your samples will arrive more actually and be more cared for. It also will make back to back reservations more satisfiable. You can also track the location of your samples and every courier fee at the dashboard in real time, saving you labor and management cost.

Please create and publish your news draft at the dashboard. As a professional community, media will pro-actively follow the news drafts on the platform. Meanwhile, the platform will notice your published news drafts, and send out to media through our own Wechat Official Accounts and email in batch. To avoid harassment and trash emails, the platform does not support the brands to send emails to media directly.

The platform will publish the dates of recent celebrity shooting opportunities, please keep aware. If you wish to work with a specific celebrity, you can contact your account manager via the dashboard. Specifying a celebrity will normally incur an additional cost, depending on the value of the shooting opportunity.

If you're OK to work with a certain group of celebrities, you can purchase of resource pack to ensure exposure within such groups.

Celebrities need to borrow samples from brands for shooting at various situations such as magazine shooting, new media shooting, movie shooting, TV show shooting, TV entertainment shooting, Ad shooting, Event attending, interview shooting, live streaming etc. Celebrities need to keep a refresh look in front of the public, they often borrow brand new samples that haven't put into production yet.

The platform being the bridge between brands and media, do not own the media on the platform, different platform will have different rules for the usage of their shooting, the platform cannot unify beforehand.

Typically speaking, the materials you acquired via using the platform, as long as they are not edited (including but not limited to editing, cutting, removing media watermarks or any other content), can be re-posted in your official social media accounts for non-commercial purposes, as long as you don't mislead the audience to make them think that the celebrity is in any form of endorsement, advertising for or having a commercial relationship with the brand. Also you can not put it on any in-store or E-commerce platform as a product description image.

Event RSVP

We are not an event agency by traditional definition. Our event RSVP system GOEVENT provides Software as a Service (SaaS). In fact, event agencies are our clients.

GOEVENT only provides event RSVP, guest management, electronic check-in, analytics, and CRM tools. Broad fashion events can choose to publish events on the GOHEADLINE PR platform to invite platform users. Non broad fashion brands can only publish events on their own H5 or Wechat miniprogram. We do not provide event planning, physical production, or staffing. When holding medium to large events, brands often authorize their event agency or PR agency to use us.

Big events, small events, no matter if you need to plan seating for shows and dinner, or control visitor traffic for celebrity performances, our system will suit your needs. As long as your event requires branding and guest experience, then no doubt GOEVENT is your best choice. Using our system can help your efficiently manage your guest information for future events.

GOEVENT does not support ticketing feature yet, if needed, we can provide custom development.

Most of our clients' events use RSVP methods, in which they pre-upload guest rosters, and important their contacts from other GOHEADLINE platforms they are using, and invite directly. Because in this way, the guest will receive their personal invitation, there is no need to fill out any more information for receiving their entrance voucher. If the event is set to require RSVP reply, then you can monitor how many guests have confirmed their RSVP, making it easy to adjust your event plan.

Apart from the RSVP method, the system also supports public sign ups (supporting turning on/off approval requirement), invitation code sign ups (invitation codes support automatic tagging and quota limitation), 'invite a friend' (supporting 2 levels of invitation) etc.

More and more brands tend to send their invitations in the forms of Wechat miniprograms, lightweight events can also use H5.

The system supports QR code check-in, search check-in, ID card check-in, facial recognition check-in, group count check-in (until that group has been all checked in regardless of identity) 5 ways to incorporate all kinds of private event needs.

QR code check-in, search check-in and group count check-in only requires an iPhone or iPad. ID card check-in and facial recognition check-in requires you to loan additional hardware from us, we can provide free training or paid on-site support.

No limit on the number of guests, but if you need to send SMS or Emails, you need to pay a fee.

Yes, the system supports group, sub-groups, VIP, tags and other system fields to distinguish guest types. If those fields are not enough, the system can also support up to 10 custom fields to label guests. These fields will be displayed on the check-in devices when checked in.

Yes, you can use our drag and drop seat planning editor to design your seating areas, and allocate seats by clicks. You can also upload pre-allocated seat numbers, and edit someone's seat in real time on the dashboard.

Yes, our system supports 'gift pick-up' status feature. Once turned on, you can by default mark all guests as require gift pick-ups, alternatively you can open gift pick-up features for only selected guests. Guests who have gift pick-up feature turned on, will be recorded their status, when their QR code are scanned by staff. The check-in devices will show gift 'given' or 'not given'. When the staff click on the 'give gift' button, the system will automatically log the time and location, at which time, the guest's gift pick-up status will be changed to 'given'. The system supports to collect electronic signature when giving out gifts and the ability to export them (including signature images).

The electronic invitation can be made in Wehcat miniprogram of H5. H5 is suitable for small events with a lower budget, while Wechat miniprogram is suitable for brands demanding higher quality.

When using H5, we mainly rely on using our online drag and drop editor to fulfill brands' design requirement, changing the background, font size, color, position, adding or removing system supported modules can all be supported. If you need to customize more sophisticated features like changing the page flows, shading effects, animations, videos or third part APIs, then you need to build a Wechat miniprogram to incorporate.

The guest's personal invitation can be sent through SMS and Emails in batch. Alternatively, their invitation links can also be acquired individually at the dashboard or exported in whole, and be shared on a 1 on 1 basis.

Wechat 1 on 1 sharing receives the highest invitation reception rate, and requires the least actions from the guests. Based on China's telecommunication regulations, SMS and Emails can be blocked. Emails have a higher blockage rate than SMS. In SMS messages, links can redirect to Wehcat miniprogram directly, whereas links in Emails need to redirect via a browser, requiring the guest to scan the code, or screenshot, save the image and use it for scanning mannually in Wechat to open the Wechat miniprogram.

In summary, the priority we recommend is: Wechat 1 on 1 sharing > SMS > Email.

Wechat miniprogram can proved the best user expeirence, mainly manifested in the following points:

  1. Wechat miniprogram is more seemless, has a higher development freedom, and more beautiful;
  2. Wechat miniprogram is hard to be closed or returned by accident, more stable;
  3. Wechat miniprgram on different models of phones are much more unified than H5;
  4. Wechat miniprogram is easier to be recalled, will not give users the pressure of 'cannot return once closed';
  5. Wehcat miniprogram look more beautiful, consistent and 'natural' in Wechat official accounts and in chat windows.

Wechat miniprogram's drawbacks are mainly on its higher overhead and development cost, manifested in specific ways below:

  1. Requires to sign up and be verified on the Wechat public platform whereas H5 does not;
  2. Every adjustment and bug fix will need to be verified by the Wechat team, whereas H5 does not;
  3. The development and test procedure for Wechat miniprogram is more trivial than H5, but easier to build sophisticated features, making it more expensive at the start, but cheaper at the long run.

In summary, for medium to large events, where brands have high demands for brand image, such as shows and exhibitions, it is more suitable to use a Wechat miniprogram. For smaller events such as store events, tea parties and so on, it is more suitable to use an H5. If the event repeats on a regular basis, it is also suitable to use a Wechat miniprogram.

KOL Marketing

We are not an MCN or a Digital Agency by traditional definition. Our KOL marketing platform GOSOCIAL provides Platform as a Service (PaaS), the two ends of the platforms are brands and bloggers (or their MCN) respectively. There is no affiliation relationship or agency contract between the platform and the bloggers, the platform provides brands and bloggers an efficient way to connect to corporate. In fact, MCNs are users of the platform.

We mainly recommend brands to DIY projects on the GOSOCIAL platform, this way they only need to pay the annual subscription fee. This mode is suitable for brands who have internal teams and work with KOLs at a higher frequency. For brands who need a more traditional agency style service, we can also provide two added value service modes: resource pack mode and full service mode, which are respectively suitable for brands who have internal teams but low budget and brands who have to staffing at all.

There is one type of service providers who do purely data collection and data analytics, they are suitable for teams to buy and do further development, or be used by brands who have a professional internal data processing unit. There is another type of service providers who only do project recruitment, who don't prove any kind of data analytics. The two types above all solved half of the problem in KOL marketing. The third type of service providers provide both data analytics and project recruitment, more suitable for brands' long term needs.

We are not a SHOWROOM by traditional definition. our wholesale platform GOOMS is a B2B e-commerce platform for fashion, the two ends of the platform are brands and buyers respectively.

Before GOOMS, because of limited resources and staffing, brands typically will outsource their B2B wholesale business to showrooms for a specific region, to help them grow quickly.Naturally, after growing to maturity, brands will want to leave showrooms to maximize their own profit, but showrooms will try to brands from leaving due to their early overhead investment. So the partnership between showrooms and brands often don't end in harmony.

The GOOMS wholesale platform's online offline combined mode revolutionarily solved the fight between the two parties. We build a completely free trade online B2B e-commerce platform for brands and buyers, making it easy for mature brands to operate on themselves. Based on the buyer apply and brand approve method, we open the resources completely to brands, only charge a fixed annual subscription fee. GOOMS meanwhile will hold multiple offline trade shows, inviting buyers on the platform to preview the brands offline, brands can join voluntarily.

For brands at the start-up stage, or foreign brands, upon approval, we can provide GOOMS+ service, meaning combined online platform + offline showroom service mode. Yes, buyer accounts are completely free.

After buyers sign up and get approved by the platform, they will see all brands 'locked' (except for the case where a brand provided an invitation code). For locked brands, the buyer cannot see any second tier pages, or search for their items. Clicking on the locked brands will prompt a message asking the buyer if they wish to apply to unlock the brand. If the buyer did not fill in full information at registration, this will the time they must finish completing their information. After applying for unlocking a brand, the brand will receive notification, and choose to approve their application based on their information. After the brand's approval, the buyer will be able to browse the brand's content.

For the protection of the brand's business secret, every locked brands require an application to unlock. The platform is only responsible for the initial identity check of the buyer, it is up to the brand to finally decide if they wish to open for a specific buyer.

Yes, as long as the ERP provides API we can integrate. Currently we have supported many ERPs widely used in China. Before integration, the brands need to ask their own ERP supplier for API documentation. Based on different API, the features they support integrating can differ. Most ERPs support new order synchronization, but not necessarily support order modification, deletion, split and stock synchronization features. We need to evaluate based on the ERP's API documentation. Depending on the workload, there might incur some costs, the ERP may charge a fee too.

Yes, the GOOMS wholesale platform has live streaming feature. Brands can choose to live stream themselves or let GOOMS' sales team to do it for them if we have a schedule during offline trade shows.
