As a tech company providing Paas and SaaS to the broad fashion industry, we welcome fashion people as well as geeks.

As a tech company, we don't encourage meaningless overtime work, we have never done 996 (9am-9pm, 6 days a week). The company uses advanced work methodology, using advanced collaboration tools to increase efficient and lower communication costs, so that overtime work is mitigated. However, as a startup company facing new opportunities and challenges on a daily basis, we need to navigation through constant hardship and face difficulties directly. No one's job description is fixed, when responsibility finds you, we hope to see leaders, not deserters.

The one who can be entrusted with great responsibly, will have three characteristics: goal orientated, executional ability and bearer of responsibility. People who have goals know what to do, people who have executional ability can get it done, and people who can bear responsibilities can get it done well. When you're new to the job, executional ability and responsibility are the bottom line the company asks you to have. When you start to grow, whether you can set a goal first before start doing, is the key to your personal success. As for leadership material, often they can not only achieve personal success, but also help others succeed. These people will show their ability to hold things right when others fail, they can help others to check for mistakes, they can help others to solve problems, they can systematically settle experiences into documents and bring values for the entire organization.
